Good to know

  • Automatic balance transfer for ShadowPay is not implemented in Master Panel—use manual workflows or other supported marketplaces for auto-transfer.
  • ShadowPay is not in the predefined manual internal balance transfer list (WaxPeer, Market.CSGO, CSGO500, Empire)—plan balance moves accordingly.
  • Disputes are not listed on Master Panel’s Disputes page for ShadowPay.
  • Master Panel’s 1% buy/sell fee applies separately from any ShadowPay marketplace fees—see Pricing.

How to connect ShadowPay

  1. In Accounts, add your ShadowPay API key and WSS token for each trading account.
  2. Optional: use Account Details to connect or disconnect a ShadowPay subseller if you operate as a merchant.
  3. Enable ShadowPay buy and/or sell toggles on the Buy and Sell pages. Configure undercutting if you compete on price.
  4. Set balance modifiers on the Dashboard if you want ShadowPay displayed balance to account for withdrawal fees.
  5. Monitor ShadowPay activity on Transactions and Profits. Adjust toggles globally when pausing ShadowPay across all accounts.

Frequently asked questions

Why does ShadowPay need both an API key and a WSS token?

Master Panel stores both credentials per account because ShadowPay’s automation stack uses API access plus WebSocket connectivity for real-time operations. Enter both in Accounts when linking ShadowPay.

Can Master Panel auto-transfer ShadowPay balance?

Not currently. Auto balance transfer for ShadowPay is marked as not implemented. WaxPeer, Market.CSGO, CSGOEmpire, CSFloat, WhiteMarket, and CSGO500 have varying auto-transfer support.

Does Master Panel support ShadowPay undercutting?

Yes. Enable the ShadowPay undercut toggle on the Sell page alongside selling. Use undercut modifiers to control how aggressively you reprice.

How are Master Panel fees calculated on ShadowPay trades?

Master Panel deducts 1% of trade value from your internal Master Panel balance on each buy and sell, independent of ShadowPay’s own fees. See the Pricing page for volume discounts.

Can I run ShadowPay and WaxPeer at the same time?

Yes. Master Panel is built for multi-marketplace trading. Enable both marketplaces on Buy/Sell and manage all toggles from one panel.
